FABRIC & TRIM SOURCING
Fabric sourcing and trim sourcing are guided by the garment, desired quality, hand feel, colour and target price level.
Sampling provides clarity on fit, construction, materials and finishing. We refine the garment through the sampling process until it is ready for bulk production.
Once the sample is approved, we coordinate bulk production and monitor quality against the agreed specifications, supporting consistency through to delivery.
