CLOTHING DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
TVB Garments is an independent clothing development and production company based in the Netherlands. We work with specialised manufacturing partners to develop and produce custom T-shirts for brands and businesses.
A T-shirt project can start with an idea, sketch, reference images, a reference garment, existing sample, pattern or tech pack. A finished tech pack is not always required; we help structure the work towards a production-ready T-shirt.
FIT & SILHOUETTE
Body width, shoulder width, sleeve shape, sleeve length and garment length all influence the final fit. Development can range from a clean regular fit to a relaxed or oversized silhouette, depending on the brief.
PATTERN & CONSTRUCTION
T-shirt pattern development brings measurements, sizing, neckline, sleeve proportions, construction and stitching into a clear technical direction.
FABRIC SELECTION
Suitable jersey qualities, including cotton and blended options, can be selected depending on the design, performance requirements, quantity and project.
T-shirt sample development lets you evaluate fit, proportions, neckline, sleeve shape, fabric, construction, stitching and finishing before bulk production. Feedback can be used to refine the product, as part of the wider clothing sample development process.
Relevant finishing details can be integrated into the production process, including brand labels, care labels, hangtags, packaging and other garment details where applicable.
Once the final sample is approved, TVB Garments can coordinate T-shirt production through specialised manufacturing partners, supporting production follow-up, quality control and delivery.
